    Data Deletion Instructions

    Overview

    At GreenPeach, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account or used our services through Facebook Login or any other authentication method, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.

    What Data Can Be Deleted

    When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information from our systems:

    • Your account information (name, email, phone number)
    • Profile pictures and uploaded content
    • Saved addresses and preferences
    • Reward points and loyalty program data
    • Social media login associations (Facebook, Google, etc.)

    Important Note

    Please note that certain information may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance, such as order history for tax purposes, fraud prevention records, and transaction data required by payment processors. These records are kept for the minimum time required by law.

    How to Request Data Deletion

    To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

    1. Step 1: Send an email to privacy@greenpeach.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
    2. Step 2: Include the following information in your email:
      • Your full name
      • The email address associated with your account
      • Any additional information to help us identify your account (e.g., phone number, order number)
      • Confirmation that you want all your personal data deleted
    3. Step 3: We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
    4. Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted

    Alternative Method: Account Settings

    If you are logged into your account, you can also request data deletion by:

    1. Going to My Account → Account Settings
    2. Scrolling to "Delete My Account"
    3. Following the on-screen instructions

    What Happens After Deletion

    Once your data deletion request is processed:

    • •Your account will be permanently deactivated
    • •You will no longer be able to log in using your credentials
    • •Your personal information will be removed from our active databases
    • •Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
    • •Your reward points will be forfeited
    • •Facebook and Google login connections will be severed
