Regular prenatal vitamins made me sick during my pregnancy, so I was excited to try this liquid version. Unfortunately, it made me even sicker, and the taste is terrible. Plus, it's messy to use and doesn't have enough iron.

I've struggled with anemia since I was young, and traditional iron pills never agreed with me. But as my pregnancy progressed, my iron levels dropped, and I needed a solution. This liquid supplement made a difference almost overnight! I feel more energetic and overall amazing. The taste isn't bad, although iron does have that metallic aftertaste. I take it in the late afternoon or evening with a drink and a snack, and I've had no side effects besides heartburn. It's been a game-changer for me!
