I hate swallowing pills, so this works for me. I'm glad it has folate instead of folic acid and it's sugar-free and non-GMO. The vitamin amounts seem good compared to other prenatals. However, I wish it came in glass instead of plastic. The taste is tolerable, like apple cider vinegar with bubble gum. Mixing it in a smoothie might help. I'm not thrilled about potassium benzoate and xanthan gum as ingredients, but I'll continue using it for now while I look for other options.
